Structures Supervisor
Our client, a leading civil engineering contractor, is looking for an experienced Structures Supervisor to join their team on a major highways infrastructure scheme.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day to day structural works, ensuring safe and efficient delivery.
- Oversee bridge, culvert, retaining wall, reinforced concrete, and steelwork activities.
- Manage site operatives, subcontractors, and plant on site.
- Ensure works are completed in line with drawings, RAMS, and project specifications.
- Monitor quality, safety, and progress against programme.
- Deliver site briefings, inspections, and toolbox talks.
Requirements
- Experience as a Structures Supervisor or Civil Engineering Supervisor.
- Strong background in highways or major infrastructure projects.
- Experience with bridge, RC, steel, or other structural works.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and manage site teams.
- Gold CSCS Card.
- SMSTS or SSSTS.
- First Aid at Work.
- Driving licence.
- National Highways experience or Temporary Works Supervisor (TWS) is desirable.
