We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Working Supervisor to join our team on a busy commercial construction project.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical installation works while remaining hands-on when required.
You will ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard, coordinating with site management and subcontractors to deliver the project on schedule.
- Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day electrical installation activities on site.
- Lead and support a team of electricians and apprentices.
- Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and health & safety standards.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
- Carry out quality inspections and ensure installations meet project requirements.
- Coordinate with the site manager, project manager, and other trades.
- Complete site paperwork, progress reports, and toolbox talks.
- Assist with testing, commissioning, and snagging where required.
- Electrical Supervisor Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrical Working Supervisor on commercial construction projects.
- Gold ECS card
- SSSTS / SMSTS
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
