We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee a major commercial construction project in Oxford. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional to take ownership of a high-profile scheme from delivery through to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and deliver electrical works on a large commercial project
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project programmes, budgets, and resources
- Oversee subcontractors and direct labour to ensure quality and compliance
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors, and suppliers
- Manage procurement of materials and plant
- Ensure compliance with current electrical regulations and site H&S standards
- Prepare progress reports and attend project meetings
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager on commercial projects
