You will coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and resources while acting as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate reactive, remedial, and planned maintenance works.
- Schedule engineers, subcontractors, fleet, travel, and equipment.

Essential Requirements

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience within M&E, Facilities Management, Building Services, or Construction is desirable.
