We are currently recruiting for an experienced Document Controller to join a major infrastructure project based in Milton Keynes.

Responsibilities

  • Managing all project documentation and maintaining accurate document control procedures.
  • Ensuring drawings, specifications and technical documents are issued, received and stored correctly.
  • Maintaining document registers and revision control.
  • Liaising with engineers, site management, designers and the client.
  • Supporting quality assurance and compliance processes.
  • Ensuring documentation is distributed in line with project requirements and deadlines.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Document Controller within civil engineering, infrastructure or construction.
  • Experience working on major projects such as highways, rail, utilities or heavy civils.
  • Good knowledge of document management systems such as Aconex, Asite, Viewpoint or similar.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment.
