We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sub Agent to support delivery on a major heavy civils and clean water infrastructure project in Chatham. Works include cofferdam backfill, clean water pipework installation, and associated civils packages on a long-term programme of works.
Sub Agent Responsibilities:
- Support the management and delivery of site operations.
- Coordinate subcontractors, engineers, and site teams.
- Ensure works are delivered safely and in line with programme.
- Maintain quality assurance and site documentation.
- Assist with planning, reporting, and client coordination.
Sub Agent Requirements:
- Previous experience on heavy civils or water infrastructure projects.
- EUSR blue (Clean water hygiene) required.
- SMSTS or SSSTS.
- CSCS Card.
- Good understanding of temporary works and site safety procedures.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
