We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to supervise mechanical operations on a large residential project. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical systems, project management skills, and the ability to lead a team of technicians to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise mechanical installations and maintenance for residential projects.
- Ensure work is completed in compliance with local mechanical codes and regulations.
- Lead, manage, and train a team of mechanical technicians and apprentices on-site.
- Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of mechanical teams, ensuring efficiency and safety.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other contractors to ensure projects run on schedule.
- Review and interpret mechanical blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installation.
- Monitor project costs and resources to ensure budgets are maintained.
- Perform quality control checks and ensure safety standards are upheld.
