Mechanical Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a large, high-profile residential project in London. The successful candidate will have a strong residential background and a proven track record of supervising mechanical works on large-scale housing or apartment developments. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation works across the residential project * Manage subcontractors and direct labour on site * Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification * Monitor quality, progress, and compliance with drawings and standards * Conduct toolbox talks, site inductions, and safety briefings * Liaise with project management, engineers, and other trades * Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations and site procedures * Assist with inspections, snagging, testing, and commissioning activities Requirements * Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor on large residential projects * Strong residential mechanical background (essential) * Good knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and domestic mechanical systems * Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications * Excellent leadership and communication skills * Strong focus on health & safety and quality control * Relevant mechanical qualification (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent) * SSSTS or SMSTS (required) * CSCS card (Supervisor or Gold Card preferred) What We Offer * Opportunity to work on a major residential development in London * Competitive rates / salary * Long-term work and career progression * Professional and safety-focused working environment To apply: Please submit your CV for the Mechanical Supervisor role
