About the Company:
We are looking for an experienced M&E Site Manager to join our team on a major commercial project.
About the Role:
- Oversee and manage the installation and commissioning of M&E services (Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health) on-site.
- Ensure all M&E works are carried out in compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with site management, subcontractors, and the project team to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Monitor site progress and ensure the project adheres to budget, schedule, and safety standards.
- Provide regular updates on project status, identifying and resolving any technical issues that arise during construction.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and consultants, to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Ensure that all documentation is maintained and up to date throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Proven experience as an M&E Site Manager in commercial construction projects.
- Background in delivering M&E works within Schools or Healthcare projects is essential.
- Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems, installations, and commissioning.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and site safety practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., HNC/HND in Building Services, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
