We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Manager with a strong mix of residential and commercial electrical experience to join our growing team.
The Role
- You’ll be responsible for overseeing electrical works across a range of residential and commercial projects, managing electricians on site, coordinating with other trades, and keeping projects on programme and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage electrical projects from planning through to completion
- Lead and coordinate electricians, apprentices and subcontractors
- Oversee both residential and commercial electrical installations
- Ensure work meets current regulations, specifications and quality standards
- Coordinate with clients, main contractors, suppliers and other trades
- Manage labour, materials, programmes and project costs
- Carry out site inspections and quality checks
- Assist with estimating, quotations and project planning
- Ensure excellent health & safety standards across all works
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide practical solutions
- Complete or oversee relevant testing, certification and handover documentation
About You

- Strong electrical background with experience across both residential and commercial projects
- Previous experience in an electrical management, supervisor or senior electrician role
- Excellent knowledge of electrical installation standards and regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Good understanding of project costs, labour and materials
- A professional approach when dealing with clients and contractors
- Full UK electrical qualifications and relevant certifications
- A valid driving licence
