We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager with a strong commercial construction background to join our team on a major project.
- Electrical Project Manager Key Responsibilities
- Manage electrical projects from inception through to successful completion.
- Take responsibility for programme, budget, quality, and delivery of electrical packages.
- Manage electrical subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Coordinate electrical works with the wider construction programme and other trades.
- Review drawings, specifications, programmes, and technical documentation.
- Attend project and client meetings, providing regular progress updates.
- Monitor project costs, variations, procurement, and commercial performance.
- Ensure electrical works are delivered safely and in accordance with relevant regulations and project standards.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover.
- Electrical Project Manager Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of commercial electrical installations and building services.
- Demonstrable experience managing projects from pre-construction through to completion.
- Strong understanding of project programmes, procurement, cost control, and subcontractor management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.
