Site Agent in Liverpool

A leading contractor in the water and utilities sector is seeking an experienced Site Agent to oversee civils works on a major water infrastructure programme in Liverpool. This is an outside IR35 assignment, available on a CIS or LTD basis, with an immediate start.\\n\\nRole Responsibilities\\n\\n * \\n\\n Manage day-to-day site operations on water utility civils projects\\n\\n * \\n\\n Lead site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure safe and efficient delivery\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensure compliance with health and safety, RAMS, and quality standards\\n\\n * \\n\\n Coordinate with project managers, engineers and client representatives\\n\\n * \\n\\n Oversee progress reporting and site documentation\\n\\n * \\n\\n Drive programme delivery, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met\\n\\nRequirements\\n\\n * \\n\\n Proven experience as a Site Agent within water utilities or heavy civils\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong understanding of WTW/WTW upgrades, pipelines or drainage works\\n\\n * \\n\\n SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications preferred\\n\\n * \\n\\n Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ability to start immediately and commit for the full contract duration\\n\\nWhat’s On Offer\\n\\n * \\n\\n Outside IR35 contract\\n\\n * \\n\\n CIS or LTD payment options\\n\\n * \\n\\n £450 – £550 per day\\n\\n * \\n\\n Long-term contract – 10 months\\n\\n * \\n\\n Liverpool-based role with a major utilities contractor\\n\\nIf this is something that interests you please apply and someone from the team will be in touch
