We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a large scale commercial project. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering a high quality build while leading and coordinating skilled electrical teams on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all on site electrical works in line with project plans and specifications
- Lead electricians and subcontractors to ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are met
- Monitor progress against schedules and report updates to project management
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations and company procedures
- Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and toolbox talks
- Manage materials, resources, and deliveries effectively
- Liaise with other trades and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on commercial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation practices, and regulations
- Relevant electrical qualifications and supervisory certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- SSSTS or SMSTS certification preferred
- Enhanced DBS
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
