Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of a groundworks package.
- Supervising and coordinating up to 15 groundworkers and plant operatives.
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.
- Liaising with the main contractor, subcontractors and site teams.
- Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks and maintaining health and safety standards.
