Due to continued expansion, we are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Junior Recruitment Consultants.
The Role
As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will be trained and developed to manage the recruitment process from start to finish. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where you’ll gain real exposure to the recruitment industry and build the foundations for a long-term career.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing candidates using job boards, LinkedIn and our database
- Screening CVs and conducting candidate interviews
- Advertising vacancies and managing applications
- Building relationships with candidates and clients
- Supporting senior consultants with live vacancies
- Arranging interviews and managing feedback
- Learning how to develop new business opportunities
- Progressing towards running your own recruitment desk
You will receive structured training and mentoring from experienced consultants to help you develop quickly.
