RTL Group are a successful recruitment company specialising in the construction and renewable energy sectors, and we're looking for a Junior Payroll Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team in Bromley. No previous payroll experience is required β full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for a school or college leaver looking to build a long-term career.
The Role
As a Junior Payroll Assistant, you'll receive full training while supporting our payroll team with the day-to-day processing of contractor payroll. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable office experience and develop specialist payroll skills within a growing recruitment business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the weekly processing of contractor payroll.
- Processing timesheets and ensuring information is accurate.
- Entering and maintaining payroll data.
- Responding to contractor payroll queries by phone and email.
- Supporting payroll administration and compliance tasks.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Providing administrative support to the wider payroll team.
- Learning payroll systems and processes through full on-the-job training.
