We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to work on a marine piling project. This is a long term opportunity to join a contractor delivering specialist marine works on a site-based role.
Responsibilities
- Setting out works in accordance with drawings, specifications, and programme
- Supporting the delivery of marine piling works, including combi wall construction
- Producing own CAD drawings as required
- Preparing pile as-built drawings and maintaining pile as-built spreadsheets
- Working closely with the Site Agent and Project Manager
- Managing QA documentation, ITPs, and as-built records
- Carrying out site inspections and quality checks
- Coordinating subcontractors and monitoring progress on site
- Ensuring works are carried out safely and in line with HSEQ requirements
- Assisting with surveys and resolving technical issues on site
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Site Engineer on marine or piling projects
- Proven experience with marine piling and combi wall works
- Ability to produce own CAD drawings
- Strong setting out and surveying skills
- Experience completing pile as-built documentation and spreadsheets
- Must be able to use TS16
- Valid CSCS card
- Good communication and organisational skills
