We are currently recruiting for Electrical Mates / Improvers to support electricians on a long-term project at AWE Aldermaston, assisting with containment and installation works on a secure site. This is a great opportunity to work on a large-scale project with ongoing work available.
Duties:
- Assisting with installation of containment systems including tray, basket, conduit, and trunking
- Supporting 1st fix electrical work
- Moving materials and preparing work areas
- Assisting with lighting and power installation
- Following instructions from electricians and supervisors
- Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment
Requirements:
- ECS Card preferred
- Previous experience on construction or commercial sites
- Basic understanding of containment work
- Own tools and PPE
- Must be able to pass strict security clearance (can take up to 2 weeks depending on submission speed)
Key Details:
- Hours: 07:00 - 16:30 (9 hours paid)
- Must be in the car park by 07:00 to secure parking
- Long-term work available

- Must bring Passport, Driving Licence, and Utility Bill on first day
- All candidates will be subject to Drug testing
