My client, a leading civil engineering contractor are seeking an experienced Site Agent to join our team on a major Wastewater Treatment Project.

Site Agent Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise site engineers, supervisors, and site operatives to ensure safe and efficient project delivery.
  • Coordinate daily site activities to meet programme, quality, and budget requirements.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain all project documentation.
  • Produce and manage RAMS, ITPs and TQS's
  • Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Site Agent Requirements

  • Previous experience working as a Site Agent on water or wastewater treatment projects.
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering and water infrastructure works.
  • Experience managing engineers, site staff, and subcontractors.
  • Proven ability to liaise effectively with clients and project stakeholders.
  • Experience producing and managing project documentation, including RAMS, ITPs, and Technical Queries (TQs).
