We are currently seeking an experienced Groundworks Site Manager for an immediate start on a groundworks and civils project in the Birmingham - West Midlands area.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day site operations on groundworks and civils projects
  • Supervising subcontractors and direct labour
  • Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
  • Maintaining site records, RAMS, and health & safety compliance
  • Coordinating with the client, engineers, and senior management
  • Ordering materials and managing site logistics

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager within groundworks and civils
  • SMSTS, CSCS (Manager level), and First Aid (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations
  • Ability to manage programmes and multiple trades
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
