My client are a civil engineering and construction contractor. They are looking to onboard a foreman to help deliver a new scheme in Barton Upon Humber starting in January. The scope of works being delivered will include bulk earthworks and heavy civils.
Foreman responsibilities:
- Working alongside and reporting to the site manager.
- Managing plant, labour and materials.
- Tool box talks.
- Record keeping.
- Managing health and safety.
- Supervision of subcontractors on site.
- RAMS.
- Liaising with the client, key stakeholders and local authorities.
Foreman requirements:
- Right to work in the UK.
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
- CSCS card - Gold/ Black.
- SMSTS/ SSSTS.
- First aid.
- Previous experience with bulk earthworks and heavy civils.
- Full UK driving licence.
