Electrical Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Electrical Manager to lead and oversee all electrical aspects of a large-scale residential construction project . This role involves supervising teams, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring all electrical systems are installed to specification, code, budget, and schedule.

Electrical Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all electrical works on-site from start to finish
• Supervise electrical teams and subcontractors to ensure quality and safety standards
• Oversee installation of power, lighting, security, data, and other systems
• Review and interpret electrical plans, blueprints, and technical drawings
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and inspectors
• Monitor progress and provide updates to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and regulations
• Manage budgets, materials, and timelines efficiently

Electrical Manager Qualifications:

• Black CSCS
• SMSTS
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in residential construction, with 2+ in a managerial role
• Deep understanding of electrical systems and code compliance
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in project management tools and construction documentation
