We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Electrical Manager to lead and oversee all electrical aspects of a large-scale residential construction project. This role involves supervising teams, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring all electrical systems are installed to specification, code, budget, and schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all electrical works on-site from start to finish
- Supervise electrical teams and subcontractors to ensure quality and safety standards
- Oversee installation of power, lighting, security, data, and other systems
- Review and interpret electrical plans, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and inspectors
