Electrical Site Manager We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to join a commercial office Cat A & Cat B fit-out project on a freelance basis. This is an on-site role overseeing all electrical works, ensuring delivery to programme, quality standards, and health & safety requirements. Role Overview As Electrical Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing electrical installation works on site, coordinating subcontractors and trades, and working closely with the Project Manager and wider site team to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities * Manage and supervise all electrical trades on site, including electricians and subcontractors * Interpret and manage drawings, specifications, and technical designs * Plan and coordinate electrical works in line with programme and site activities * Ensure all works are delivered to required quality standards and specifications * Carry out regular inspections, quality checks, and progress reviews * Enforce health & safety compliance, including RAMS, PPE, and safe systems of work * Coordinate with other trade managers, the Site Manager, and Project Manager * Review and manage testing, inspection, and commissioning documentation * Identify risks, delays, or issues and escalate where necessary * Manage snagging, defects, and final handover documentation * Maintain accurate site records, reports, timesheets, and material tracking Required Experience & Qualifications * Minimum 3+ yearsβ experience in an Electrical Site Manager or Supervisor role * Proven experience on commercial office projects, ideally Cat A & Cat B fit-outs * ECS Gold Card (essential) * SSSTS (minimum) * Strong understanding of commercial electrical installations and standards * Ability to manage teams, programme, and site coordination effectively * Full UK Driving Licence To Apply Please send your up to date CV to apply for the Electrical Site Manager position
