We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee the installation and commissioning of electrical systems on a high-end residential development project. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering quality housing with modern electrical infrastructure, including smart home systems, lighting, power distribution, and renewable integrations. As the Electrical Site Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all on-site electrical works, ensuring that installations are delivered to a high standard, on time, and in line with all health, safety, and industry regulations. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate site-based electrical works across residential properties * Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient progress * Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure safety and quality compliance * Oversee first and second fix installations, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems * Maintain detailed site records, daily logs, and progress reports * Manage resources effectively, including labour, tools, and materials * Attend site and client meetings, providing technical input and progress updates Requirements * NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent * 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations (BS7671) * SMSTS or SSSTS certified * Valid ECS/JIB card * Minimum 3 years of site management experience in residential electrical projects * Experience with smart home systems, lighting controls, and modern electrical installations * Strong knowledge of current building regulations and health & safety standards * Full UK driving licence To Apply Please send your up-to-date CV
