We are seeking an experienced Electrical Manager to oversee all electrical activities for a high-profile residential and commercial development project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing electrical systems and installation processes on large-scale construction projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that electrical works are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the electrical design, installation, and commissioning for both residential and commercial areas.
  • Lead, coordinate, and supervise electrical teams to ensure quality and safety standards are adhered to at all times.
  • Review and interpret electrical blueprints, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Ensure that electrical works comply with local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and schedules for electrical work.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor the progress of electrical works and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Ensure that all electrical work is done in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the project team, ensuring adherence to project specifications.
  • Attend project meetings to provide updates and collaborate with other departments.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid ECS card SMSTS.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in managing electrical works on large-scale residential and commercial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and installation practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Extensive experience in managing electrical teams and subcontractors.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and standards (e.g., NEC, NFPA).
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Experience with project management software is a plus.
