A leading provider of electrical design and installation services, we are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Design Estimator to join our growing team based in Erith, Kent. Role Overview: As an Electrical Design Estimator, you will be responsible for providing accurate electrical cost estimates and detailed design input for a variety of commercial and industrial projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure that projects are estimated correctly and completed within budget and timeline constraints. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare detailed electrical design and cost estimates for commercial and industrial projects. * Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements to produce accurate and competitive bids. * Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotes and technical information. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and project teams. * Provide technical and commercial advice on electrical systems, solutions, and potential cost-saving opportunities. * Review and evaluate project documentation to ensure alignment with client specifications and company standards. * Manage and oversee the submission of tenders, including scope, design, and pricing. * Attend site visits and meetings to review project progress and ensure compliance with designs and cost estimates.
