As the Electrical Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of electrical systems on residential construction projects. You will be the main point of contact between the client, contractors, and project teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the electrical aspects of residential construction projects, from inception to completion.
  • Manage and coordinate electrical subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Conduct site visits and monitor project progress to address any issues that arise.
  • Review and approve electrical design plans and drawings.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management.
  • Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the course of the project.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior electrical staff.
