Site Manager – Residential Groundworks Location: Drayton Rate: Negotiable DOE Start: ASAP Duration: Long-Term / Ongoing IR35: Outside IR35 We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join an established groundworks contractor on a residential groundworks package in Drayton. This is a long-term opportunity, with further residential groundworks projects available for the right candidate following completion of the current scheme. Responsibilities * Manage the day-to-day residential groundworks activities. * Coordinate site teams, labour and subcontractors. * Ensure works are delivered safely, to programme and to the required standard. * Monitor progress, quality and Health & Safety. * Liaise with engineers and the wider project team. * Coordinate labour, plant and materials. * Resolve any site issues and maintain programme. Requirements * Previous Site Manager experience within groundworks. * Strong residential groundworks background. * SMSTS – Essential. * CSCS Card – Essential. * Good communication and leadership skills. * Additional relevant tickets are advantageous.
