We are currently seeking an experienced Foreman to join our team on a busy groundworks project based in Dagenham. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong leadership skills to oversee site operations and ensure the groundworks project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. This role is available for an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily groundworks site activities.
- Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Maintain high standards of quality and health & safety compliance.
- Conduct site briefings and toolbox talks.
- Liaise with Site Managers, clients, and suppliers.
- Monitor progress and resolve on-site issues as they arise.
- Keep accurate site records and reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Foreman on groundworks or civil engineering projects.
- Strong understanding of groundworks methods and site management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Valid SMSTS or SSSTS qualification.
- Valid CSCS Card.
- First Aid at Work certificate (preferred).
- Full UK Driving Licence (preferred).
