My client are a national civil engineering contractor who are currently seeking a Site Manager to help deliver works on a water treatment site in Swindon. The successful candidate must have previous water industry experience and a strong civil engineering background.
Site Manager Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day site operations.
- Supervising site teams and subcontractors.
- Overseeing civil engineering works on the water treatment site.
- Liaising with the client and project management team.
- Delivering toolbox talks and ensuring health and safety compliance.
- Managing RAMS, permits and site documentation.
- Coordinating labour, plant and materials.
- Monitoring quality and ensuring works are delivered to programme.
Site Manager Requirements:
- Black or Gold CSCS.
- SMSTS.
- Previous experience working on water treatment schemes.
- Strong civil engineering background.
- Experience managing site teams and subcontractors.
- Good understanding of RAMS, health and safety and quality procedures.
- IT literate.
- Full UK driving licence.
