We are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of civils and groundworks contracts across the South East, with projects primarily located around the M25 and Home Counties.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of work. The successful candidate must be available to start immediately.
The Role:
- Overseeing multiple civils and groundworks projects from pre-start through to completion
- Managing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
- Monitoring health & safety, quality, and programme performance
- Liaising with clients, engineers, and internal teams
- Working from head office in Northamptonshire when not required on site
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within civils and groundworks
- Strong knowledge of project delivery, commercial control, and health & safety
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Full UK driving licence
