This is a long-term opportunity for a Site Manager with a strong background in civil engineering, groundworks and renewable energy infrastructure, with experience managing large-scale earthworks and associated infrastructure works. The Role: Managing day-to-day site operations across the wind farm project Supervising subcontractors and site teams Managing groundworks, earthworks and concrete works Overseeing turbine foundations, crane pads, access roads and drainage Coordinating cable routes, ducting and associated infrastructure Ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and to specification Reviewing RAMS and site documentation Monitoring progress, quality and health
