We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee mechanical works on a high-quality office fit-out project.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Mechanical Supervisor Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise all mechanical installation works, including HVAC, plumbing, and associated building services.
  • Coordinate daily activities of subcontractors and site operatives.
  • Ensure works are completed in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and programme.
  • Monitor quality standards and carry out regular inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
  • Attend site meetings and liaise with the Project Manager, Main Contractor, and other trades.
  • Identify and resolve site issues to maintain project progress.
  • Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and material requirements.
  • Support commissioning activities and assist with project handover.
  • Mechanical Supervisor Requirements
  • CSCS
  • SSSTS / SMSTS
  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor on commercial office fit-out or refurbishment projects.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical building services installations.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Strong understanding of current health and safety legislation.
  • First Aid qualification is advantageous.
