With works due to commence immediately, this is an excellent opportunity for a driven site professional to take ownership of a high-profile scheme and play a key role in its successful delivery.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record managing industrial and commercial roofing projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for coordinating site activities, managing subcontractors, maintaining programme targets, and acting as the main point of contact on site throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all site operations from commencement through to completion.
  • Manage roofing subcontractors and site labour.
  • Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and health & safety audits.

Requirements:

  • First Aid at Work certificate.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
