We are looking to appoint an experienced Site Agent to work on a large-scale tunnelling and shafts project. This is a long-term contract role on a technically challenging civil engineering scheme.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day site operations on tunnelling and shaft works
- Delivering works safely, on programme and within budget
- Supervising subcontractors, labour and plant
- Liaising with engineering, commercial and project teams
- Ensuring full compliance with HSEQ standards and project requirements
- Preparing RAMS, short-term programmes and progress updates
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Site Agent on civil engineering projects
- Strong background in tunnelling, shafts, deep excavations or heavy civils
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates (essential)
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
Whatβs on Offer:
- Β£370 β Β£470 per day (CIS / LTD), depending on experience
- 12-month contract with the potential for extension
