Our client, a leading national civil engineering contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to support the delivery of a heavy structures project.
Project Engineer Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and delivery of heavy structural works, ensuring compliance with programme and specification.
- Prepare, review, and manage ITPs and RAMS.
- Ensure all works are delivered in line with quality assurance standards and project requirements.
- Liaise with the client, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain effective communication.
- Monitor and coordinate temporary works, ensuring compliance with design and safety procedures.
- Keep accurate site records and documentation to support audits and project tracking.
Project Engineer Requirements:
- Proven experience working on heavy structures or major civils projects.
- Strong working knowledge of ITPs, RAMS, and quality processes.
- Good understanding of temporary works procedures.
- CSCS Card, SMSTS.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
This role does not involve setting out duties, is outside IR35 with accommodation provided.
