We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team on a long-term project in Carlisle, with an immediate start available. Further work is secured across the North East, including Newcastle and surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in civils, groundworks, reinforced concrete (RC), and basement works, and be confident managing sites from start through to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Day-to-day site management and coordination of subcontractors
- Managing civils, groundworks, RC and basement packages
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to specification
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality control
- Liaising with clients, engineers, and project teams
- Keeping site records, progress reports and programmes up to date
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within civils/groundworks environments
- Strong knowledge of RC structures and basement construction
- SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold preferred), First Aid
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades and meet programme deadlines
- Immediate start in Carlisle
- Long-term, stable work
- Further projects across the North East (Newcastle)
