This is a Senior Consultant position, but we don’t box people in with job titles. For the right person, this will be built around you - but typically:
- You’ll run a warm, active 360 desk
- Have full ownership of your market
- Be backed with strong tools, clients, and delivery support
- Start positioning yourself towards Team Lead / Management
You’ve got experience in 360 recruitment and you:
- Know you could be billing more in the right environment
- Want proper earning potential (not just talk of it)
- Are tired of being managed on activity instead of results
- Want a business where you can actually build something
Construction experience helps - but performance matters more.
