My client are a national civil engineering contractor who are currently seeking a Supervisor to help deliver works on a water treatment site in East London, with a start date of Monday 26th October. The successful candidate must have previous experience working on water treatment or water infrastructure schemes.
Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Supervising site operatives and subcontractors.
- Managing day-to-day site activities.
- Overseeing civil engineering works on the water treatment site.
- Coordinating labour, plant and materials.
- Delivering toolbox talks and ensuring health and safety compliance.
- Liaising with the Site Manager and project team.
- Ensuring works are completed safely and to programme.
- Monitoring quality and maintaining site records.
Supervisor Requirements:
- Gold CSCS or relevant supervisory CSCS card.
- SSSTS or SMSTS.
- Previous experience on water treatment or water infrastructure projects.
- Strong civil engineering background.
- Good understanding of RAMS and health and safety procedures.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
