We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a long-term groundworks contract based in Brentwood, Essex. This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager with a strong background working for groundworks, civils or RC frame subcontractors, who is looking for a long-term position with a reputable contractor.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the project from planning through to completion, managing site teams, subcontractors, programme, health & safety and quality across the works.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within groundworks, civils or RC frame
- Strong subcontractor background
- Experience managing groundworks and civil engineering packages
- SMSTS
- Black CSCS Card
- Temporary Works Coordinator or Temporary Works Supervisor
- SEATS desirable
- Strong understanding of health & safety, programme and quality management
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Previous experience managing multiple site teams and subcontractors
