We are currently seeking an experienced Groundworks Site Manager for an immediate start on a groundworks and civils project in the Bream, Gloucestershire area.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day site operations on groundworks and civils projects
- Supervising subcontractors and direct labour
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
- Maintaining site records, RAMS, and health & safety compliance
- Coordinating with the client, engineers, and senior management
- Ordering materials and managing site logistics
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within groundworks and civils
- SMSTS, CSCS (Manager level), and First Aid (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations
- Ability to manage programmes and multiple trades
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
