We are seeking an experienced and proactive Electrical Site Manager to oversee electrical installation works on a major commercial construction project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing on-site electrical operations, ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise all electrical installation activities on site.
  • Coordinate electrical subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
  • Monitor project progress and report regularly to the Project Manager.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Plan labour requirements and allocate resources effectively.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks.
  • Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and other trades.
  • Identify and resolve technical and operational issues.
  • Ensure all works are completed in accordance with project deadlines and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Black ECS / Gold ECS SMSTS / SSSTS
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager on commercial construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical installation practices, regulations, and standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
  • Full UK driving licence preferred.
