Site Manager – Groundworks Location: Bracknell, Berkshire Rate: Negotiable DOE – Outside IR35 Start: ASAP Duration: Long-Term / Ongoing We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join an established groundworks contractor on a groundworks package in the Bracknell area. This is a long-term opportunity with further work available for the right candidate, offering the chance to build a strong ongoing relationship with a busy contractor. Responsibilities * Manage the day-to-day groundworks activities. * Coordinate site teams, labour and subcontractors. * Ensure works are delivered safely, to programme and to the required standard. * Monitor progress, quality and Health & Safety. * Liaise with engineers and the wider project team. * Coordinate labour, plant and materials. * Resolve site issues and maintain programme. Requirements * Previous Site Manager experience within groundworks. * Strong groundworks background. * SMSTS – Essential. * CSCS – Essential. * Good communication and leadership skills. * Additional relevant tickets are advantageous.
