I am working alongside a civil engineering contractor who are operating heavily across the Severn Trent framework. They are looking to on-board a foreman to help deliver and oversee works across multiple water treatment, pumping station and sewage treatment works across the Midlands.
Foreman responsibilities:
- Working alongside and reporting to the project manager.
- Putting labour to work and allocating duties.
- Site supervision.
- Managing health and safety compliance.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed site records.
- Site inductions, risk assessments and toolbox talks.
- Driving compliance.
- Liaising with the client, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
Foreman requirements:
- Right to work in the UK.
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
- CSCS Card - (Gold or above).
- SSSTS/ SMSTS.
- First aid.
- Previous experience within the water sector.
- IT literate.
- Full UK driving licence.
