Experienced Site Manager required for a groundworks project in Bicester with an immediate start available. My client is looking for a hands-on Site Manager with a strong groundworks/civils background to take control of an active site and drive works forward safely and efficiently. This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive negotiable day rate and Outside IR35 status.
The Role
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations
- Managing labour and subcontractors on site
- Ensuring Health & Safety compliance
- Monitoring progress against programme
- Maintaining site paperwork and reporting
- Driving productivity and quality standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on groundworks / civils projects
- Strong understanding of infrastructure and external works
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid at Work (preferred)
- Ability to start immediately
