Are you an experienced roofing professional ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a proactive and organized Roofing Contracts Manager to join our growing team based in Barry.
As a key member of our management team, you’ll oversee multiple roofing projects—ensuring they’re delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate multiple roofing contracts from tender to completion.
- Supervise site teams and subcontractors, ensuring high standards of workmanship and safety.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and surveyors to maintain excellent working relationships.
- Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and risk assessments.
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and company procedures.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and business growth.
- Proven experience in a contracts or project management role within the roofing or construction industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of roofing systems (pitched, flat, and/or industrial).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Full UK driving license.
- Relevant construction qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, NVQ, or equivalent) are desirable.
