About the Project

We are delivering a large-scale mixed-use development comprising residential, commercial, and retail units. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to lead and coordinate all electrical works on-site, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, and the highest safety and quality standards.

About the Role

As Electrical Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of electrical installations across the project. You will oversee subcontractors, ensure compliance with specifications and regulations, and work closely with the wider site and project management teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all electrical works on site from first fix through to commissioning and handover
  • Supervise subcontractors, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to specification
  • Ensure compliance with current electrical regulations and health & safety standards
  • Attend and contribute to site progress meetings
  • Monitor programme and report progress to the Project Manager
  • Conduct quality inspections and ensure snag-free handovers
  • Coordinate with other trades to avoid clashes and delays
  • Manage materials, plant, and labour resources effectively

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager on large-scale construction projects
  • Experience working on mixed-use, residential, or commercial developments
  • Strong knowledge of current electrical regulations and installation standards
  • City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection (or equivalent)
  • SMSTS or SSSTS certification
  • ECS/CSCS card (relevant level)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple work fronts and meet tight deadlines
