    R13 is recruiting on behalf of a UK-based distributor who are part of a global organisation. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to join their supply chain team, where you will be managing stock levels to ensure client’s order requirements are met. Salary will be based on experience and potential, offered at £ to £ as well as team bonus. Monday to Friday, 8-4:30pm, hybrid working with some weekend working required.

    Norwich city centre based, 30 days holiday including bank holidays, pension, health cash plan, personal training budget, and other staff incentives.

    Please note that this role is a maternity contract.

    The Day to Day:

  • Part of a fast paced supply chain team, responsible for a wide range of duties including administration, forecasting and transport.
  • Maintain product range with the highest standards of time planning.
  • Account management of clients, actively engaging in all necessary aspects and seeking greater efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Order and invoice processing, ensuring accurate matching against suppliers.
  • Building and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular meetings and communication.
  • You Will Have/Be:

  • Previous experience gained in a supply chain, logistics, or planning environment would be desirable but not essential.
  • OR solid employment history within a complex and organised commercial administration role.
  • Good numeracy skills, coupled with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Can do attitude, not afraid to solve technical issues or problems.
  • Strong team player, ability to work alone but also part of a wider productive team.
  • An ability to engage and communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
  • The ability to multitask and to work to deadlines in a busy environment.
