The structure typically follows a 1 adviser : 1 paraplanner : admin support model, allowing for manageable workloads and meaningful partnerships. - Salary range up to ÂŁ43, (DOE + qualifications)

The Day to Day
You’ll provide high‑quality technical support to Financial Advisers, ensuring advice is compliant, accurate, and client‑focused. Your day‑to‑day will include:
- Conducting detailed research and analysis to support recommendations.
- Preparing suitability reports and annual reviews.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with advisers and admin teams.
- Contributing to internal projects.
You Will Have / Be
- Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS) or be close to completion (1–2 units remaining)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within an IFA environment
- Strong technical knowledge and report writing skills
- Confident, approachable, and a strong communicator, someone who thrives in a collaborative, social, and fast‑paced office.
