R13 is thrilled to be partnering with a leading business-to-business marketing agency in the search for a dynamic and driven Outbound Sales Executive to join their well-established team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling innovative products and solutions to both new and existing B2B clients; leads are provided, it's all about the close. Full-time hours, Monday to Friday, genuine OTE Β£80,000+ with a comprehensive benefits package including city centre parking and an early finish on a Friday so you can start your weekend sooner.

The Day to Day:
- Outbound contact via email and telephone to warm leads to transform into confirmed sales of media and advertising.
- Cross selling additional solutions to optimise value to client and revenue to the business.
- Proactive approach to communicating the proposition to clients, and winning business.
- Accurate records and data management, assuring call backs at designated times.
- Achieving sales targets.
- Collaborating with internal teams to create compelling proposals and campaigns.
- Providing accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
You Will Have / Be:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience.
- Continuity in experience is important, along with proven sales success in revenue generation and exceeding targets.
- Ability to understand layered product offerings and strong knowledge acquisition.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A strategic, relationship-driven sales approach with a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.
